Erwinsyah is a highly experienced advocate specializing in corporate law at both national and international levels. Holding a Master of Laws from The National University of Malaysia (2007), he is known for precise legal analysis and strategic litigation planning. His expertise covers litigation, contract negotiation and business dispute resolution.
Erwin has served as a Legal Expert for government and private projects, including as Procurement Contract Advisor for the construction of Haji Hospital Tower I (2022–2023). His experience includes civil, criminal, administrative and electoral law matters, including proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
He also lectures in law and business management, is a certified mediator, and has professional training in government procurement and taxation. He frequently participates in international legal forums.
