Dr. Husni Thamrin is an Advocate and Legal Practitioner with extensive experience. He began his career in politics and served as Chairman of the Seluma Regency DPRD from 2014–2019 at the age of 25. In 2015, he joined an Indonesian delegation for a cooperation program with New Zealand, and in 2017 he earned his Doctorate in Law at age 29.
Husni has served as a legal expert for several regional institutions and, since 2023, as Legal Advisor to the Regional Government of Seluma Regency. He has advised corporate clients including PT Faminglevto Bakti Abadi, PT Prime Inti Propertindo and PT Prisma Properties. His litigation experience covers civil, criminal and administrative matters, including proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
Beyond legal practice, he lectures in postgraduate programs and contributes books and articles to national and international legal scholarship.
